CUWiP Hosting and WiP Group Grants Deadline Approaching

Apply to Host a 2021 APS CUWiP by November 1

The 2021 APS Conferences for Undergraduate Women in Physics will be held January 15-17, 2021 at multiple sites throughout the United States and Canada. Canadian host applications should be submitted through the same process as US applications. If you are interested in applying to host a conference, please visit the Host a CUWiP Conference page and send us your proposal by Friday, November 1, 2019.

Apply for a WiP Group Grant by November 1

Build your campus physics community with an APS Women in Physics Group Grant. Awardees each receive a grant up to a total of $1,000 to help create a new WiP group, expand an existing group, or improve sustainability within a group. Learn more about the application process, and send us your proposal by Friday, November 1, 2019.
