Conferences for Undergraduate Women in Physics 
APS CUWiP is a three-day regional conference for undergraduate physics majors. It takes place on MLK weekend each year at multiple sites throughout the US and Canada.

Inclusive Graduate Education Network
IGEN is a pilot effort that brings together a half dozen selective graduate programs in physics to develop, adopt, and share inclusive practices for recruiting, admitting, and retaining women and underrepresented minorities.

Climate Site Visits 
This program helps physics departments and research facilities warm the "chilly climate" that women in physics often experience by inviting a site visit team to provide external perspectives and suggestions.
